We hire our cars for a minimum of 5 days while on self-drive. You can hire a car for 1 day while hiring it on a chauffeur-driven basis.

You require to have original copies of your valid Driver’s licence, National ID / Passport.

We accept PayPal, Cash payment or Bank Transfers.
Note, we will require a security deposit to be left for the vehicle. This is the amount (minimum: Excess) being paid by the hirer and it is 100% refundable in the event, the vehicle is not damaged while in your possession.

Yes. For amending your booking dates feel free to contact us either via email or call us at least 24 hours in advance so as to change the scheduled booking. Late amendments can be arranged on certain occasions.

Yes, you can. We offer chauffeur-driven services within the country. Simply contact us with the booking and we’ll provide you with a chauffeur who will pick you up from your residence and travel with you.

• NOTE: An extra fee for the driver’s allowance is charged as extra along with the driver’s overnight accommodation.
• For chauffeur-driven rentals, we adhere to a 12-hour work shift for all chauffeurs to avoid fatigue. For example, the applicable working hours are from 0600hrs – 1800 hrs.
• Driver overtime charges after 1900 hrs are subject to agreement with the hirer.
• Wedding cars and VIP transport MUST be provided with a driver.
• Wedding vehicles are to be hired out between 0600hrs and 1800hrs. Any additional time is subject to an agreed over-time fee.

Yes, we accept cancellations. Prior communication is highly recommended.

Basically, if you pick up the car on Full-Tank, you return on a full tank. If you pick up while empty, you return likewise. The fuel policy will be specified in your car rental’s Terms and Conditions, detailed throughout the booking period.

We advise you to read through it in your booking Terms & Conditions before you arrive at the rental desk.
Please note if the vehicle is stolen and you are found negligent, ie leaving the door unlocked, leaving the car keys irresponsibly, driving while under the influence (either alcohol or any mind-altering drug) or at a vulnerable location, you will be liable for the full cost of the vehicle.
