What is the minimum rental duration?

The minimum rental duration is five days for a self-drive vehicle. For a chauffeur-driven service, a rental can be arranged for as little as one day.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?

You are required to present original, valid copies of your driver's license and national ID or passport.

How can I make a payment?

We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit, equivalent to the vehicle's excess amount, will be returned in full upon the vehicle's safe and undamaged return.

Can I modify a confirmed reservation?

Yes. To amend your booking dates, please contact us by email or phone at least 24 hours in advance. We can accommodate late amendments on a case-by-case basis.

Do you provide chauffeur services?

Yes. We offer professional chauffeur services within the country. Simply contact us with your reservation details, and we will arrange for a chauffeur to be provided with your vehicle.

  • NOTE: An additional fee for the driver's allowance and overnight accommodation will be applied.
  • To prevent fatigue, our chauffeurs adhere to a strict 12-hour work shift. Applicable working hours are typically from 06:00 to 18:00.
  • Overtime charges after 19:00 are subject to a separate agreement.
  • Wedding and VIP vehicles must be provided with a driver.
  • Wedding vehicle rentals are scheduled between 06:00 and 18:00. Any additional time is subject to an agreed-upon overtime fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

What is your fuel policy?

Our standard policy is "full-to-full"; if you receive the vehicle with a full tank, you are required to return it with a full tank. If you receive it on empty, you can return it empty. The specific fuel policy will be outlined in your rental agreement.

What is the policy for a lost or stolen vehicle?

We advise all clients to review the booking terms and conditions prior to rental. You will be liable for the full cost of the vehicle if it is lost or stolen due to negligence, including but not limited to leaving the vehicle unlocked, leaving the keys unattended, or driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
